American Girl Doll
(Historical)
Samantha Parkington
Samantha is one of the first three Historical Characters introduced.
She was released in 1986 and archived in 2009.
the date of 2008 is on the tag attached to the doll.

he was rereleased in 2014 with the launch of "Be Forever".
Both are now Retired.
We are not American Girl experts but we believe this is the Original Doll that was Archived/Retired in 2009.  It has 2008 on the tag.
Included with Samantha is her classic "Meet" dress and stockings.
Missing are her bloomers, shoes, and hairbow.
She has been well loved, used and a little loose in the joints.
