This outfit for Samantha is from the American Girl Beforever line of the Early American "Victorian" era.
This gown and slipper set was released in 2014 and retired in 2020.
Identification:
The gown has a sewn in tag which says "Made in China American Girl."
The slippers are both embossed on the sole "Made in China American Girl".
The hanger is marked "The American Girls Collection."
Description:
Samantha's gown is sleeveless with princess seams and beautiful lace, pink ribbons, and tiny pink buttons on the front.
The pink slippers are rounded, each with a white pom pom on the toe, and fit well with an elastic heel band.
The left slipper has a factory flaw on the sole; some purple dye gathered on the sole, making it look stained. I am the original owner, and the slipper came like that.

I am an adult collector, and the original owner of this outfit.
The gown is in mint condition. I am including an American Girl hanger which is in great condition too.
Flaw: The left slipper has a factory flaw on the sole; some purple dye gathered on the sole, making it look stained; the slipper came like that.
I have taken great care of this outfit in my pet/smoke/odor free home. It has not been tried on a doll, just stored.
