    Description

    Here's an antique, early four sided aquamarine pickle jar that's blown in mold, dating to around 1865-1895, with the base embossed
    J.J.G
    , or
    G.J.J
    . - in a circular pattern. This could be the product of either a food/dry goods distributor, or glass maker.
    Has a crude lip and neck and I would be close to saying an applied lip, as the seams run up to the lip, but just a hair short on one side- so not certain.
    In excellent condition with only a tiny 1/8" thin neck flash or line in among the production marks, and a small side scuff, otherwise fine.
