ANTIQUE Victorian Clear Glass 6 Bottle Condiment Castor Set
REED & BARTON PLATERS
This six piece set of Clear Etched cut glass is a very nice Victorian Era castor set.  Each bottle is in excellent condition. There are no scratches, chips, or flea bites.  The castor has the expected wear of an antique piece and shows signs of a worn patina.  Each bottle is etched in a sort of leaf and circles pattern.  Please review the photos thoroughly and ask any questions you may have.
The two
vinegar and oil bottles
have original stoppers, one of which is slightly chipped, but is unseen when placed in the bottle.  They are 9" and 9.25" tall.
The three
shaker bottles
have the original shaker-type tops, and are about 7.5" tall.
The
relish bottle's
top opens and there is a serving spoon.  It stands 5.75" tall.
The
silver plate castor
stands about 17.5" tall, and is marked on the bottom inside (see last photo) "Mfd & Plated by Reed & Barton 3910"

The initials inscribed on the castor's handle looks like scripted "A.A.M", and the opposing side of it looks like a family crest (see photos #3 & #4). The bottles fit nicely in the castor, so this could be the original castor for the bottles.
This piece may contain the usual production elements such as feathering, straw marks, imbedded sand, ash, or air bubbles.  These are normal conditions in the production process and do not detract from the beauty of the piece.
