    Description

    This is a very refined and elegant Squash Blossom necklace and earring set. It was made in the 1960's by Zuni jeweler Mary Poncho, and is signed with her maker's mark MP. Fashioned in Royston Turquoise the necklace measures 25" long, the bottom Squash Naja is 1.5" long by 1.25" wide and each of the blossoms are 1". It has a hook and eye clasp and the necklace is sterling silver. The matching earrings feature the 1" turquoise blossoms set in sterling silver that dangle from diamond like studs in 14K white gold. The earrings can be worn with the blossom dangles or the studs can be worn alone which gives versatility. Typical of the art of Zuni turquoise designs this is a classic and timeless work of art.
