    Description

    Fletchers Shipley Sauce Sheared Lip Bottle 1880’s. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. What a beautiful bottle this is and stands at 5 1/2 inches tall. It is 1 1/2 inches square with beveled corners and 3 indented panels each having a word as shown. The front panel is flat where the contents label would be placed. The base is also indented with the letter “G” probably for contents or mold mark but not sure. This bottle is a LIGHT AQUA with just a trace of contents or ground color it was buried in along one inside panel and ring below the sheared top and will probably be able to be cleaned out if you like. A few nice tiny bubbles and light whittle and very attractive. I dug this bottle in the 1970s in the San Francisco Bay Area I find this truly amazing as this early bottle is from England.
