German WW1 Propaganda postcard shows captured English soldiers holding their food bowl in their hand
A german soldier wrote the following on the back of the card:
To Miss Tony Hatting in Wiesbaden, Garten street 3
My dear Tony !
Look at the English, with the bowl in their hands, so that they still get something to eat. It's almost a shame, because they all have to starve until they are brown or blue. They wanted to do it to us, but too bad! Warm regards, your Heinz
