I choose item as used as its not in the correct box.
Item is new, but not in correct box.  Never used.
Base is metal.
Measures approximately 10 1/4" high (including shade).
Shade measures approximately 6 1/2" in diameter x 6 1/2" high.
Base measures approximately 4 1/2" in diameter x 3 3/4" high (excluding socket).
Light bulb included.
