    Description

    An early dip mold blown pontiled capers food bottle that we dug from an 1830s outhouse privy pit...no embossing.
    Hand blown in cylinder dip mold and pulled straight up out of the mold, so there are no mold seams.....open pontil scar on bottom.....crude slightly flared lip.....aqua.....8 3/4"tall....Excellent condition with no chips or damage. Some light haze. These early bottles are getting harder to find these days.
