with its big detachable Bertha

trimmed with a rosette and ruffles.  Hard to see back of dress has a Very Very Light Small Stain.  We use Oxi-Clean but will leave that to the new owner.  Dress is Tagged Pleasant Co. but writing is faded on Tag.  Ship with USPS Priority or First Class.  As is Customary, Selling "As Is."  No Returns.
