Pleasant Company American Girl Samantha circa early to mid 1990's

This little beauty is stamped Pleasant Company and does not have a body tag.
Her tights/stockings are tagged Pleasant Company and her dress is tagged American Girl;
Her bloomers are not tagged and the elastic is stretched out;
Her hair is soft and shiny;
Her legs are a bit loose, but she can stand, sit and pose easily;
Her body is clean.
I believe she is circa early to mid 1990's.
