I am not an expert and I am not in the original owner. Head has been replaced at some point, not original

Dress, bloomers, shoes, hair ribbon and doll included
Hair still shiny, good condition, slightly dry on ends.
One of her eyes does have some brown discoloration areas, may be rust. I have not tried to remove it or do any work on the doll at all since I have owned her.
Smoke free
Discoloration on her cloth body, see close up pictures. I have not tried to treat or remove since it is close to the signature.
I am the second owner.
Limbs fairly tight, she stands on her own.
There might be shine marks or other marks. I see one small brown mark on the side of her face. Again I have not tried to remove.
One shoe has a scuff.
The bloomers waist band is stretched out.
I am not an expert and I am not in the original owner. She might have replacement parts/pieces.
