Here for the American Girl Doll collector is a beautiful Pre-Mattel American Girl Doll Samantha by Pleasant Company--in VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT  gently cared for condition.  She arrives with a beautiful wardrobe of both AG and non-AG outfits--in good to new  condition.
The lettering "Pleasant Company" and the copyright sign are stamped on the back of her neck, and the artist mark is visible behind her right ear. Long white neck strings are intact. Tan cloth body is the earlier chubbier version and is very  clean. She holds a pose and stands independently. Long dark brown hair is in soft shiny condition and cascades down her back in original curls and waves.  Soft brown eyelashes frame perfect dark brown eyes. A gorgeous Samantha!
She arrives in her meet outfit--dress (tagged Pleasant Company), black tights,  white pantaloons, and black Mary Jane shoes. She also arrives with six additional outfits. The  slumber shirt and slippers are tagged Pleasant Company. The rest of  the outfits are non-AG.  All are in good to excellent condition. The red dress and multi-fabric pant outfit are new. A beautiful quality doll and a ready-made wardrobe. Perfect for that young American Girl collector!
