Vintage Postcard
Oversized Full-Color Postcard measures approximately 6" x 9", and features a photograph of the U.S. MARINE CORPS WAR MEMORIAL, Arlington, Virginia.  The reverse side reads, in part, as follows:
U.S. MARINE CORPS WAR MEMORIAL, Arlington, Virginia--Felix
W. De Waldon's masterpiece depicts one of the most dramatic
events of World War II, the raising of the Stars and Stripes on Mt.
Suribachi, Iwo Jima, Feb. 23rd, 1945.  Dedicated November 10,
1954, it is the largest sculpture ever cast in bronze.
The Vintage Postcard likely dates to the 1960's, and remains unused.
The Vintage Giant Post Card is in Very Good Unused Condition, with only very minor corner wear noted.  Please see accompanying photographs.
