VTG Dirndl Trachten Handmade Apron German W/ Ties Embroidered Floral Oktoberfest

Very pretty vintage Dirndl Trachten Hand Made Apron. Made to be worn over a German Oktoberfest type skirt or dress.  Shown on my women's size medium mannequin. Fits a Medium to Large. Would easily fit M-XL though if the ties were extended. Measurements are in the photos.  Pleated skirt with black hand-embroidered flowers along the top.  Ribbon tie.  The skirt does have some wear -- see pics.  Feels like a wool or wool blend.  Estate sale find -- a dry clean label has the owner's name from her first marriage -- so I would date this to around the 1950s.  Wear consistent with age.  A unique piece.
