    Hand made postcard that was sent from France to the US during WW I probably in an envelope because it has not been cancelled.
    Hand painted embossed US flag on front with fancy writing and a poem-Christmas Greetings from France! “From R.S. Mc Donald U.S.A. Base Hospital No. 5”
    And a pencil message on the reverse signed “Bob” asking why don’t you answer my letter.
